The Customer App lets users book rides with real-time ETAs, set locations on the map, view available cars, schedule rides, save favorite places, apply promo codes, choose payment methods, and add wallet funds. It supports multi-language and currency options, SOS alerts, in-app chat with drivers, ride history, ratings, and dynamic ride cancellations.
DRIVER application
The Driver App enables drivers to manage their status and documents, track earnings, provide real-time location updates, start rides with OTP, cancel rides with reasons, add wallet funds, and access multi-language and currency support. It includes fair fare calculation, SOS alerts, in-app chat, ride history, and features like bubble and wakeup notifications.
ADMIN PANEL
The Admin Portal offers powerful tools for managing the platform, including a real-time dashboard, role-based access control, geofencing, price settings, user and driver management, SOS number setup, promo codes, complaints, custom notifications, detailed reports, and live ride tracking.
